As one of Queensland’s earliest nature-based tourist destinations, the Sanctuary is a physical embodiment of everything the NTAQ represents: to protect, conserve, and celebrate the Environmental, Built and Cultural heritage of our State.As we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, we have an opportunity for a passionate and engaging Full Time Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join and support the Marketing and Sales Team to drive engagement, visitation, and membership. About the RoleAs our energetic and passionate Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will assist with the activation and coordination of all marketing and sales activities to help drive growth and engagement across Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Reporting to the CWS Marketing Manager, you will assist in creating engaging content across NTAQ departments and to drive growth and engagement in assigned social media channels. In this highly varied role, you will also support the marketing, sales and membership teams with data base management, fulfilment and other admin duties where required.As a confident communicator you will assist with content writing, EDM management, website updates and support and assist media calls, famils, and attend off site events when required to help share the story of CWS and contribute to our success. About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in a coordinator role with a high level of initiative and have a willingness to learn all aspects of marketing. Other required skills and qualifications we are looking for include:High level administrative skills and ability to work independently.Excellent time management and high organisedConfident public speaker and ability to network with a diverse range of stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team.Indesign, illustrator and photoshop skills (highly desirable)Qualifications in Marketing or working towards (high regarded)Must be comfortable in a workplace with birds, mammals, and reptiles.
