This role is based at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary located on the Southern end of Gold Coast. We are the largest attraction within the National Trust of Australia (Queensland) portfolio and feature a vibrant and varied collection of Australian Wildlife and Non-Native Exotics located one block back from beautiful Currumbin beach. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Campaign and Digital Marketing Manager to join our small friendly team. This newly created position is a senior role within the Marketing team and manages 2 direct reports. Details about this Position: The full-time salaried role reports directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing.Work from the office located within the amazing Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.This is a varied and interesting role with a high level of creative responsibility, including management of Performance Marketing, Paid Search, Paid Social, Remarketing, CRM and Digital Display Campaigns, Social Media strategy management and reporting.You will also hold responsibility to manage web agency relationships to improve web performance and to monitor and analysing that ROI strategies are executed to meet business KPI’sThe role will include analysing and reporting on insights driving campaign and digital performance, sharing your analysis and insights with other business units and creating innovative solutions to grow our brand, both in the digital and traditional domainsAs the senior Marketing team member, you will actively support the Head of Sales & Marketing to create, compile and execute marketing strategies and contribute to the preparation of marketing budgets for all NTAQ properties, including Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.You must be comfortable in a workplace that contains Aussie Wildlife, including birds, snakes and reptiles. Selection Criteria:Proven experience in developing and managing end to end Marketing plans and campaignsProficiency with Digital Marketing and Social Media strategiesProven experience in creating and implementing new products from conception to saleMinimum 2 years experience working in or around Digital MarketingAbility to lead and mentor team members and effectively manage 2 direct reportsExperience with marketing automation and CRM toolsExperience with SEO, Google Ads and AnalyticsSolid knowledge of website platforms and web performanceResults oriented, well organised with an ability to prioritiseOnline fundraising campaign experience would be an advantageE-commerce and Sales experience will be highly regardedExcellent written/verbal communication skills, able to convey creative concepts to team membersTourism knowledge and/or experience an advantageThe successful applicant may be required to provide satisfactory police check clearance.
