This position would be suitable for an individual who has previous experience as a Flagship Store Manager. Here at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, we deliver a fast-paced Retail experience, always in combination with excellent Guest service. Our Retail and Photography Team take pride in their work, the presentation of outlets & meeting & exceeding sales targets.  About the RoleYou will report directly to the Head of Commercial, using your expertise & experience to make recommendations to maximise revenue & minimise costs throughout the department, and to meet company & division budgets.  You will supervise the Retail & Photography Team members across multiple outlets onsite, to ensure they meet sales objectives whilst also assisting the Head of Commercial to complete all people planning requirements including recruitment, training & development & performance management.  You will regularly work on the floor of the outlets, be proactive and lead by example and assist the Team & Guests as required. You will support and lead the team in training and development skills & enhance employee performance.  You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures whilst developing initiatives & incentives to continuously drive sales.  About YouTo be successful in this role you must have previous retail managerial experience and be a clear communicator who can liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Other required skills and qualifications we are looking for include:  Develop initiatives & incentives to continuously drive sales.Ensure all stock is replenished in outlets & presented to a high standard to promote sales opportunities.Work regularly on the floor of the outlets, leading by example to assist Team & Guests as required. Create an energetic Team culture focused on delivering a superior guest experience. Ability to manage wage budgets. Experience managing staff across multiple outlets.
