As one of Queensland’s earliest nature-based tourist destinations, the Sanctuary is a physical embodiment of everything the NTAQ represents: to conserve and advance our natural and cultural heritage for future generations.As we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and grow our operations, we have an opportunity for an intuitive and hands-on Retail Supervisor to support our dedicated Retail Team including our busy outlets and park operations. About the RoleReporting directly to the Retail & Photography Manager, you will be a person who goes above & beyond to ensure continuous delivery of our process & service standards.  In this hands-on role, you will lead, mentor and motivate our Team to ensure we deliver professional, efficient & friendly Guest service.  You will be an experienced Retail professional with proven operations & leadership experience that offers support to the Retail Supervision Team. You will work across all 6 of the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Retail outlets along with supporting our Photography Team across both day & evening trade opportunities.You will have a natural sense of fun whilst being able to supervise, motivate & inspire.  You will lead by example to ensure the Team deliver efficient and friendly Guest service.
