We’re currently seeking an energetic and experienced Learning & Development Advisor to help us take this commitment to the next level.As a collaborative, driven, and team-focused L&D professional, you will help build the capability and engagement of our workforce by coordinating, and delivering meaningful and engaging training programs. You will work closely with department heads and operational teams to identify development needs, support the development of training content, implement successful onboarding and compliance initiatives, and champion continuous learning aligned with our mission, guest experience, and strategic goals.About the RoleAs our confident Learning & Development Advisor, you’ll bring a practical understanding of fast-paced, frontline service environments and a genuine passion for skill development. In this hands-on role, you’ll design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives that are not only accessible and engaging, but also directly aligned with our business goals. From onboarding and compliance to leadership development and structured career pathways, you’ll ensure every program supports both individual growth and organisational success.  You’ll collaborate closely with department leaders, subject matter experts, and the broader P&C team to identify development needs across varied work environments – from wildlife care to food and beverage, retail, maintenance, and guest experience.  A key part of your remit will be leading the delivery of our recognised School-Based Traineeship (SBT) program, acting as a central point of contact for providers and stakeholders while supporting the next generation of industry talent. You’ll also play a strategic role in shaping the future of learning at NTAQ through your involvement in key projects such as the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) to digitise, track, and streamline the employee learning journey.This is a role where no two days are the same, you’ll be supporting leaders and team members across a broad and diverse operation, helping to build confidence, resolve workplace issues, and foster a culture of learning, inclusion, and care.  Bring your L&D and HR expertise to a unique organisation where people, nature, and purpose connect.About YouTo be successful in this role, you’ll be a motivated and experienced Learning & Development professional who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
