To help drive us forward, we are on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead campaigns that convert awareness into admissions, donations, and engagement, while growing our dedicated marketing team.Reporting to the Head of Business Development & Partnerships, this role will lead integrated marketing campaigns across NTAQ, including Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Astra Lumina, and Currumbin Wildlife Hospital, driving visitation, membership growth, philanthropic initiatives and digital engagement across attractions, retail, events, and fundraising channels.About the RoleAs our experienced and highly skilled, Head of Marketing you will lead the strategy and implementation of our marketing strategy. As our Head of Marketing, you will:Lead the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, designed to drive visitation, membership acquisition and retention, repeat engagement and revenue.Champion the digital guest experience, overseeing content, user journeys, and conversion across web, CRM, and social platforms.Execute Media and PR strategies generating value and enhanced brand reputation.Partner with internal teams including Fundraising, Sales, Events and others to develop compelling campaigns that connect our conservation mission with measurable commercial outcomes.Lead new product and experience launches for the Sanctuary.Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and media outlets to amplify campaigns and generate measurable outcomes.Drive the development of commercially effective marketing initiatives and partnerships that convert into sales, admissions, and donations.Oversee brand consistency, licensing, and high-quality visitor experiences across multiple sites and precincts.Use data, analytics, and reporting to optimise marketing campaigns and influence senior leadership decision-making.Play a critical role in shaping the marketing approach for new precincts, attractions, and conservation projects.About YouYou bring a proven track record in ROI-focused marketing with strong leadership experience in tourism, hospitality, cultural, or visitor-focused organisations. About the Role
