As one of Queensland’s earliest nature-based tourist destinations, the Sanctuary is a physical embodiment of everything the NTAQ represents: to conserve and advance our natural and cultural heritage for future generations.About the RoleAs we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, we have an opportunity for a passionate and friendly Guest Services Officer to support the delivery of providing a warm welcome to our visitors, selling tickets and memberships, and providing an overall exceptional visitor experience.As our enthusiastic and reliable Guest Services Officer, you will deliver a warm welcome to our guests and deliver accurate administration, directions, and information to our visitors.Reporting to our Guest Services Manager, you will be part of a friendly and welcoming team and be responsible for providing customer service to a diverse range of people and providing accurate and timely information to visitor’s enquiries.About YouTo be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills & are comfortable communicating with both local and international guests.  Previous experience in ticketing, reservations or guest relations will be highly regarded. As we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, we have an opportunity for a passionate and friendly Guest Services Officer to support the delivery of providing a warm welcome to our visitors, selling tickets and memberships, and providing an overall exceptional visitor experience.
