As one of Queensland’s earliest nature-based tourist destinations, the Sanctuary is a physical embodiment of everything the NTAQ represents: to conserve and advance our natural and cultural heritage for future generations. As we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, we have an opportunity for a passionate and hands-on Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to support our dedicated Food and Beverage Team and work across our busy outlets & event spaces. About the RoleReporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, this hands-on Team Leader role will see you guiding, supporting, and motivating your team to deliver professional, efficient, and memorable guest service. As an experienced team player with leadership capabilities, you will lead by example to ensure smooth day-to-day F&B operations, with a strong focus on service standards, cleanliness, food safety, and WH&S compliance.As our Food & Beverage Team Leader, you’ll play an active role on the floor, assisting with key service duties including food and coffee service, as well as opening and closing of outlets. You will collaborate with the leadership team on tasks such as rosters, supporting stock control and ordering, and contributing to initiatives that drive revenue and enhance the overall guest experience. This role is designed with career progression in mind. We are committed to providing support, training, and mentorship to help you successfully transition into a supervisor position! About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be a friendly, self-motivated, and approachable individual who can genuinely lead by example.
