As one of Queensland’s earliest nature-based attractions, the Sanctuary embodies everything NTAQ stands for—protecting, conserving, and celebrating the environmental, built, and cultural heritage of our state.As an award-winning and iconic Tourist Destination, we are continually innovating our brand and guest experience, and in 2025 will launch a new attraction – Astra Lumina.  We are now seeking Casual Commercial Outlets Attendants to support our food and beverage and retail offerings, as part of this enchanting new experience! Astra Lumina is an enchanting night walk experience that seamlessly blends art, nature, and technology to inspire and captivate guests. Our Commercial Outlets Attendants will work across our commercial outlets, offering exceptional guest service ensuring that Astra Lumina guest has a memorable and positive experience.About the RoleAs our friendly and service focused Commercial Outlet Attendant you will support out operations through the delivery of efficient and genuine service in our commercial outlets as part of the Astra Lumina experience.  You will ensure high level of service and product knowledge, upselling, and efficient delivery of food and beverage to a very high standard.  Your will also support creating memorable guest experiences by providing friendly assistance, answering questions, and proactively engaging with guests to enhance their journey.As part of a whole-team approach, our Commercial Outlet Attendants will assist with evening operations, including supporting guest experience and trail teams and photography sales, and other tasks to maintain the overall experience and to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable Astra Lumina journey.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have previous customer service (either F&B or retail) experience, preferably within the tourism, events, or hospitality industry. About You
