As one of Queensland’s earliest nature-based tourist destinations, the Sanctuary is a physical embodiment of everything the NTAQ represents: to conserve and advance our natural and cultural heritage for future generations.As we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and grow our operations, we have an opportunity for an intuitive and hands-on Retail Supervisor to support our dedicated Retail Team including, out busy outlets and park operations. About the RoleReporting directly to the Retail & Photography Manager, you will be a person who goes above and beyond to ensure continuous improvement of our process and service standards.  In this hands-on role, you will lead, mentor, and motivate your team to ensure we deliver professional, efficient, and friendly service.  You will be an experienced Retail professional with proven operations and leadership skills that will support the Retail Teams.  In this role you will work across all 6 of the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Retail outlets along with supporting out Photography Team.You will have a natural sense of fun whilst being able to supervise, motivate & inspire.  You will lead by example to ensure the team deliver an efficient & friendly guest service.
