As one of Queensland’s earliest nature-based tourist destinations, the Sanctuary is a physical embodiment of everything the NTAQ represents: to conserve and advance our natural and cultural heritage for future generations. As we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, we have an opportunity for a passionate and hands-on Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to support our dedicated Food and Beverage Team and work across our busy outlets & event spaces. About the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager of Food & Beverage, in this hands-on role, you will lead, coach and motivate your team to ensure we deliver professional, efficient and memorable guest service.  As an experienced Supervisor, you will lead by example to ensure the team deliver efficient and friendly daily F&B service with a focus on cleanliness, food safety, WH&S and service standards. As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the team in this fast-paced environment, assisting with core service duties such as food and coffee service & opening and closing of the Outlet/s.  You will also work with the leadership team on managing rosters, inventory management and ordering, as well as supporting the team to drive revenue and profit. This role is designed with career progression in mind. As we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, we have an opportunity for a passionate and hands-on Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to support our dedicated Food and Beverage Team and work across our busy outlets & event spaces.

 

About the Role
