As one of Queensland’s earliest nature-based tourist destinations, the Sanctuary is a physical embodiment of everything the NTAQ represents: to conserve and advance our natural and cultural heritage for future generations.As our organisation anticipates the delivery of our exciting new Outlet and Events Venue – The Homestead, we are currently seeking several passionate and hands-on casual Food & Beverage Events Attendant to support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage service across The Homestead and other key event spaces.About the RoleAs our Food & Beverage Events Attendant, you will report directly to the Homestead Venue Manager, playing a pivotal role in providing top-tier customer service and maintaining impeccable standards throughout our events.Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests as they arrive, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event, and attending to any special requests they may have. You will take charge of setting up tables, arranging them according to event specifications, and ensuring that the venue is always presented at its best. Throughout the event, you will collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless operations, whether it is serving food and beverages, replenishing supplies, or assisting with any unforeseen challenges that may arise.Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be crucial in creating a vibrant atmosphere at our events, leaving a lasting impression on our guests, and positioning The Homestead as a leading, bespoke dining and Events Venue on the Gold Coast.About YouTo be successful in this role, you must have had experience in food and beverage and customer service in fast-paced environment and you will have a sense of fun, be able to work autonomously.
