This role is based at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary located on the Southern end of Gold Coast. We are the largest attraction within the National Trust of Australia (Queensland) portfolio and feature a vibrant and varied collection of Australian Wildlife and Non-Native Exotics located one block back from beautiful Currumbin beach. Come and be part of our friendly team. National Trust Australia (QLD) – Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is currently seeking a highly experienced and technical Digital & Campaigns Marketing Manager to join our team.  This newly created position is a senior role within the Marketing team and manages 2 direct reports. It will appeal to someone with high energy who loves to work in a fast-paced environment. The position reports directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing. Your creativity and high attention to detail will be highly valued. Details about this Position: End to end Digital Marketing Management, Performance Marketing including Paid Search, Paid Social, Remarketing, CRM and Digital Display CampaignsEnd to end marketing and campaign managementManaging web agency relationships to improve web performanceOverseeing web performance resultsMonitoring and analysing that ROI strategies are executed to meet business KPI’sAnalysing and reporting on insights driving digital activity and campaign performanceUsing data to make informed decisions and communicating these to the broader businessUsing insights to create innovative solutions and grow our brand in the digital domainSupport Head of Sales & Marketing to compile strategiesSupport Head of Sales & Marketing to prepare marketing budgets for NTAQ properties, including Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary  Selection Criteria:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is highly desirableMinimum 2 years direct experience in Digital MarketingProven experience in developing Marketing plans and campaigns and managing those campaigns end to endProficiency with Digital Marketing and Social Media strategiesExperience with marketing automation and CRM toolsExperience with SEO, Google Ads and AnalyticsSolid knowledge of website platforms and web performanceAbility to mentor team members and effectively manage 2 direct reportsResults oriented, well organised with an ability to prioritiseOnline fundraising campaign experience would be an advantageE-commerce and Sales experience will be highly regardedExcellent written/verbal communication skills, able to convey creative concepts to team membersThe successful applicant may be required to provide satisfactory police check clearance.  AUD Currumbin 4223
