About National Trust of Australia (Queensland)National Trust of Australia (Queensland) [NTAQ]) is membership-based, environmental charity which offers people the opportunity to feel connected to significant places, collections, and stories.  NTAQ manages a diverse portfolio of heritage which includes one of the Gold Coast’s most popular tourist destinations, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.As our organisation works to deliver new vibrant and engaging guest experiences, we are seeking an experienced AV Production Manager (Lead Operator) to join us in our pre-opening phase for a new attraction and be responsible for all the technical aspects from its construction and pre-opening phase, through to its successful operation.About the RoleAs our experienced and highly skilled, AV Production Manager you will lead AV installation, maintenance and operations, for a new night immersive light product based in the grounds of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and support internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of this new precinct. During the pre-opening phase as a technical specialist, with a good understanding of all audio-visual equipment, you will work with the onsite Project Manager and external creative agency and producers to manage the AV assets and production elements. As we move into the operations, you will maintain the technical and artistic integrity of the production and plan and manage operations and technical schedules.
